I'm told you never get a chance to make a great first impression. I believe this. I initially spoke to Rich about my situation over the phone. I was so impressed that he took the time to explain to me what might be happening with my car. Within minutes I felt so comfortable with Rich that I felt I could trust him. At another time I spoke to Andy. Same thing. I thought I had a transmission problem. This is why I called them. Turned out. It was something totally different. So. Don't use Chester County Transmissions for just a transmission problem, let them take care of your entire car. You won't be disappointed. So glad I found them. Thank you for everything Rich and Andy. Nice to see this world still has good people in it.
