CCT is the BEST TRANSMISSION CENTER IN CHESTER COUNTY, hands-down!
On May 10, 2012, I brought my 2006 Jaguar X-Type to CCT as the car stop shifting totally. I was helped by Rich Brooke, a great person who actually told me and advised me the step-by-step process of what needed to be done, the approximate date it would be complete and an EXACT estimate/costs for all the work that needed to be done. He even showed me a few minor things that needed to be fixed and had them fix for me at no extra charge. I wanted to thank you and congratulate CCT, Rich Brooke, Geoff Grigson, Jeff D. and Jason for doing a wonderful job on my car and the extra care and effort you put into my car.
It is all too common to find auto repair businesses that take advantage of their customers and provide subpar service. CCT is the exact opposite, they explain everything in detail concerning what is wrong with my vehicle, gave me great recommendations of what needed to be replaced or repaired and what parts are recommended for the repair. They gave me the choice of picking new or refurbished parts, what the was guaranteed concerning each part selected and they even took the time out of the busy schedule to search for the best price available for the parts my car required to be repaired properly. They will work with you every step of the way, they also have finance options, as transmissions in any car are very complex, complicated and labor intensive.
I can HONESTLY say that they WILL work with you no matter what you budget maybe and they do the JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! The entire CCT team are all very professional, proper and courteous, always willing to go the extra mile, something that is not done often enough. So, thank you very much Rich and CCT for being one of the good ones. You’ve got a customer for life!
EPILOGUE: I don’t know how anyone could ever give this place and the amazing people who work very hard here any type of negative feedback. Apparently, these people are completely and totally incompetent. To all those who posted negative feedback about CCT, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Remember if you do not have anything nice to say, do not say anything at all. Please do the world a favor and “GET A LIFE”. Please stop being so miserable and blaming others because your car is a lemon. Please stop blaming the hard-working Americans (YES HARD-WORKING AMERICANS) who worked their fingers to the bone to fix your jalopy!
